Abstract

The issue of bridging over the gap between vocational education and professional work by means of change in the educational process methods and paradigm shift in teaching is considered in the article. The main directions in transformation of the graduate student teaching methods in the sphere of management are revealed. The process of transformation of the methods, which are realized in the educational process, is based on the concept of transformational teaching, which examines the student personality development in terms of new social challenges. Special attention is given to the interactive teaching method role.
