Abstract

During the research, the mission of higher educational institutions was indicated as formation of human capital regarded in this article as creative abilities, scientific knowledge, specialized and unique skills of employees necessary for improving the quality and level of life of the population and for developing the economy. Higher education institutions are also destined to serve as suppliers of innovation through using their own intellectual capital in order to ensure the integration of science, education and technologies, generate creative and entrepreneurial activity of scientific and academic stuff and students.
