Abstract

The article describes the characteristics of the educational system pre-University educational institutions MO of the Russian Federation, such as the Suvorov military school (HLS). The author focuses on the theme of socio-psychological adaptation of students to learning in IED. Regarding the pattern of adaptation and the adaptation process substantiates the idea of the role of personal and psychological aspects of development. The results of an empirical study of quantitative indicators of socio-psychological adaptation of pupils and the comparative data analysis with statistical norms. Quantitative data showed that many important variables of socio-psychological adaptation are significantly above or below the pupils IEDs than the normal values. These studies will allow us to more effectively build a system of psychological maintenance of process of adaptation of adolescents to the conditions of the military establishment, right to focus on the strengths of personal adaptive capacity of students. Described in the article the results of the study can be used to develop adaptation programmes of younger teenagers to training in pre-University educational institutions MO of the Russian Federation.

В статье описываются характерные особенности воспитательной системы довузовских образовательных организаций МО РФ, таких как суворовские военные училища (СВУ). Автор делает акцент на теме социально-психологической адаптации воспитанников к обучению в СВУ. Относительно картины адаптации и адаптационного процесса обосновывается мысль о роли личностных психологических аспектов развития. Приводятся результаты эмпирического исследования количественных показателей социально-психологической адаптации воспитанников и сравнительного анализа данных со статистическими нормами. Количественные данные показали, что многие важные переменные социально-психологической адаптации значимо выше или ниже у воспитанников СВУ, чем показатели нормы. Данные исследования позволят более эффективно выстроить систему психологического сопровождения процесса адаптации подростков к условиям военного учреждения, правильно сделать акценты на сильных сторонах личностного адаптационного потенциала воспитанников. Описанные в статье результаты исследования могут быть использованы при разработке программ адаптации младших подростков к обучению в довузовских образовательных организациях МО РФ.
