Психолого-педагогическое сопровождение профессионального развития будущего специалиста по социальной работе

Abstract

The article describes the results of the experimental research of the social work experts' subject properties. There was applied a method of expert analysis in this research. The method itself is based on "Lipman list" adapted by the author for research of social work experts' labour. Personal-and-professional development of a future social work expert at a higher educational institution is proved in the article.

Описаны результаты экспериментального исследования субъектных свойств специалистов по социальной работе, проведенного с применением метода экспертной оценки. В основу методики положен "лист Липмана", адаптированный автором с целью исследования труда специалистов по социальной работе. Обосновывается личностно-профессиональное развитие будущего социального работника в вузе.
