The article deals with the concept and structure of the innovative capacity of industrial enterprises, identified its key components, such as the innovative «susceptibility» and innovative «marketability.» Examined the contents and functions of the elements of the susceptibility and the feasibility of innovative capacity. Formulated the principles of interaction between the subjects «donor catalystrecipient» in the process of innovation.

В статье рассмотрены понятие и структура инновационного потенциала промышленного предприятия, выявлены его ведущие составляющие, такие как, инновационная «восприимчивость» и инновационная «реализуемость». Рассмотрены содержание и функции элементов восприимчивости и реализуемости инновационного потенциала. Сформулированы основы взаимодействия субъектов «донор катализатор реципиент» в процессе инновационной деятельности.
