Особенности управленческого цикла в условиях развития общественно-государственного управления общим средним образованием

Abstract

The peculiarities of control cycle in the conditions of the increasing influence of public factors on secondary education management are analyzed in the article. The conclusion is made, that control cycle in the conditions of the development of public and state secondary education management must have not linear, but ramified structure, being oriented at maximal concordance of the interests of all parties in resolving the problems arising in educational systems.

Проанализированы особенности управленческого цикла в условиях роста влияния общественных факторов на управление образовательными системами. Установлено, что управленческий цикл в условиях развития общественно-государственного управления общим средним образованием должен осуществляться не линейно, а разветвлено, с учетом и максимальным согласованием интересов всех сторон в решении проблем, которые возникают перед образовательными системами.
