Abstract

В настоящей статье представлен анализ психолого-педагогических концепций развития мышления в рамках образовательного пространства, обосновываются возможности использования современных кросс-технологий при формировании стратегического мышления студентов в процессе обучения в вузе. Сегодня на смену парадигме, основанной на знаниях, умениях и навыках в качестве результата образования, приходит парадигма, построенная на компетентности специалиста, не наполненного знаниями, а социализированного, способного к успешной жизни в быстро меняющихся условиях. Доказано, что создание психолого-педагогических условий способствует совершенствованию и саморазвитию личностных качеств, профессиональных компетенций, стратегического мышления у будущих специалистов, включенных в обучение с помощью кросс-технологий.

The article is focused at a deep analysis of psychological and educational concepts of developing thinking in a frame of educational environment, possibilities of modern technologies in the process of formation of a strategic thinking of the university students. Nowadays, the paradigms based on the complete competence of specialists, not packed with knowledge, but aimed at any specialization and socialization, prepared for new life conditions. They prove, that the creation of psychological and educational conditions promotes to perfection and self-development, professional skills, strategic thinking of future specialists. All this is based on cross-technologies.
