The article considers the problem of the organization of process of the physical training in structure of the higher education. Application of the means of athletic gymnastics as they are easily dosed with the individual loading is offered as one of the forms and they are the most demanded among the students of the pedagogical higher education institution.

В статье рассматривается проблема организации процесса физического воспитания в структуре высшего образования. Одной из форм предлагается использование средств атлетической гимнастики, так как они легко дозируются с индивидуальной нагрузкой и являются наиболее востребованными у студенток педагогического вуза.
