Abstract

The article substantiates the importance of formation of the students’ competence models in the advanced training system in Russia and abroad as a factor of their competitiveness improvement. The authors describe the technologies, which effectively influence the process of competences formation in the context of developing integration of the Russian and the European systems of advanced education.

В статье актуализирована важность формирования у обучаемых моделей компетенций в системе повышения квалификации в России и за рубежом как фактора повышения их конкурентоспособности. Охарактеризованы технологии, эффективно влияющие на процесс формирования компетенций в контексте развивающейся интеграции российской и европейской систем повышения квалификации.
