Создание электронного образовательного контента вуза: проблемы и решения

Abstract

Problems and ways of their decision, connected with creation electronic educational content of higher education institution on the base new class of the automated information systems (electronic information hypostasis), are discussed in this article. The "genetic" model of a classification cube of information security of educational process of higher education institution electronic content is presented. Characteristics of model on effective management of process of creation of automated information systems are offered.

Обсуждаются основные проблемы и пути их решения, связанные с созданием электронного образовательного контента вуза на основе нового класса автоматизированных информационных систем – электронных информотек (ЭИ). Впервые представлена «генетическая» модель классификационного куба информационной обеспеченности образовательного процесса вуза электронным контентом.
