Исследование структуры систем автоматизации гелиоустановок

Abstract

The main issues, solving under solar installations automation are presented. The division of the individual systems for simplifying the process of building an automatic process control system (APCS) has been performed on the combined solar-heat pump unit. The technological cycles peculiarities of individual systems affect the formalization of the automated control process. They also impose certain restrictions on the automated control systems implementation. There are several factors affecting the main criteria of choosing the method of constructing an automated control system for the individual technological systems of combined solar power plants: maintaining the basic quantities of regulation, maintaining of the controller’s and the controlled object’s technological features and the implementation of the transfer functions. It is advisable to use a single automated control system to control the process of combined solar installations technological processes’ managing. These systems provide the development and implementation of control actions in accordance with the management criterions. In addition, the modern specialized or general industrial real-time controllers can be used with them.

Представлены основные задачи, решаемые при автоматизации гелиоустановок. На примере комбинированной солнечно-теплонасосной установки, произведено разделение на отдельные системы для упрощения процесса построения системы автоматизации гелиоустановок. Особенности технологических циклов отдельных систем, влияющих на формализацию задач автоматизации процесса управления, накладывают определенные ограничения при реализации автоматизированных систем регулирования. Выбор способа построения автоматизированной системы регулирования для отдельных технологических систем комбинированных гелиоустановок зависит от следующих факторов – необходимой точности поддержания основных величин регулирования, технологических особенностей реализации и передаточных функций регулятора и объекта регулирования. Для управления технологическими процессами комбинированных гелиоустановок целесообразно использовать единую автоматизированную систему управления (типа АСУ ТП), предназначенную для выработки и реализации управляющих воздействий в соответствии с принятыми критериями управления, с применением современных специализированных или общепромышленных контроллеров реального времени.
