
The article has been written covering the urgent topic of the research of influence of the officer personal example on the education of the contract soldier of Russian Interior Ministry, acting either as the pedagogical condition and method of education. The psychological and pedagogical model for the education of the military contract soldiers on the personal example of the officer has been developed. The analysis has been carried out and the hierarchy of the psychological qualities characterizing the personal example of the officer has been revealed. The most significant psychological and pedagogical qualities for the psychological profile of the officer as sample for following have been defined. Dynamics for the development of the psychological qualities of the cadet’s identity in the course of training has been revealed. The conducted research allowed offering author's concept for the personal example of the officer. The essence of the given definition has been revealed and influence of the personal example of the officer on the education of the military contract employees, acting as an education method has been proved.
Статья написана на актуальную тему исследования влияния личного примера офицера на воспитание военнослужащих-контрактников частей внутренних войск МВД России, выступающего как педагогическое условие и метод воспитания. Разработана психолого-педагогическая модель воспитания военнослужащих-контрактников на личном примере офицера. Проведен анализ и выявлена иерархия психологических качеств, характеризующих представления о личном примере офицера. Определены наиболее значимые психолого-педагогические качества в психологическом портрете офицера как образца для подражания. Выявлена динамика развития психологических качеств личности курсантов в процессе обучения. Проведенное исследование позволило предложить авторское понятие личного примера офицера. Раскрыта сущность данного определения и обосновано влияние личного примера офицера на воспитание военнослужащих-контрактников, выступающего как метод воспитания.
