Abstract

New approach to synthesis of model of pneumotransport installation considering the principles and methods of calculations of the theory of automatic control is considered. The choice of methods of automation of processes of pneumotransportation leans on the model displaying integrated ideas of movement of a stream of bulk in a dense phase. The chosen way of management in system recognizes that for temporary use of the maximum power of Nma at variables in the form of an expense of an aero mix and the driving active force of Pn moving a material in space материалапровода, is realized on the basis of the system of extreme regulation (SER). The structure of automatic control is created at the expense of turning on of the extreme regulator AYR in a contour of management by the capacity of the fan received by multiplication of pressure in массопроводе and productivity of a material stream, at the expense of change of position of the gate of ventilatory installation.

Рассмотрен новый подход к синтезу модели пневмотранспортной установки учитывающий принципы и методы расчетов теории автоматического управления. Выбор методов автоматизации процессов пневмотранспортирования опирается на модель, отображающую интегральные представления о перемещении потока сыпучего материала в плотной фазе. Выбранный способ управления в системе исходит из того, что для подержания максимальной мощности Nmа при переменных в виде расхода аэросмеси и движущей активной силе Pn, перемещающей материал в пространстве материалапровода, реализован на основе системы экстремального регулирования (СЭР). Структура автоматического управления сформирована за счет включения экстремального регулятора ЭР в контур управления мощностью вентилятора, получаемой перемножением давления в массопроводе и производительности материального потока, за счет изменения положения заслонки вентиляторной установки.
