Abstract

The problem of education of patriotism is particularly relevant in today's Russian society in connection with the formation of groups with different conceptions of patriotism. Patriotism means not only love and devotion to the homeland, but also the debt to her. Readiness to fulfill their civic duty and constitutional duty to protect the interests of the country most needed in the profession of a police officer. In this regard, the system of patriotic education of students in educational institutions of the MIA of Russia should be closely related to their future profession.
