Стандартизация образовательной деятельности: проблемы, поиски, решения

Abstract

The article covers the issues of modernization and innovative processes in contemporary Russian education. It presents several trends of educational activity standardization, and identifies features of their implementation. The author analyzes the effectiveness of legislative reforms and the professional pedagogical activity over the last 20 years; predicts the prospects of its improvement. The author discusses the peculiarities of educational activities content at the present stage, highlights the problems which are being solved by educational organizations today. The article presents an idea that standardization of school curriculum reduces the possibilities of students’ introduction to the ethno-national culture, which impedes the formation of ethnic identity and the development of ethnic self-consciousness. The author declares the need to balance the interests of federal, national and regional components in the implementation of educational standards; stresses the role of spiritual and moral education of students.

Статья посвящена инновационным процессам в сфере современного российского образования; в ней представлены отдельные направления стандартизация образовательной деятельности и выявлены особенности их реализации. Дан анализ преобразований в законодательстве и профессиональной педагогической деятельности за последние 20 лет развития педагогической системы России, рассмотрены перспективы ее совершенствования. Анализируются особенности содержания образовательной деятельности на современном этапе, выделены задачи, решаемые образовательными организациями сегодня. Высказано мнение о том, что стандартизация школьного содержания образования снижает возможности приобщения школьников к этнонациональной культуре, что затрудняет формирование этнической идентичности и развитие этнического самосознания личности. Указывается на необходимость баланса интересов в федеральном и национально-региональном компонентах при реализации образовательных стандартов, а также на роль духовно-нравственного воспитания обучающихся.
