Abstract

Применен новый электростимулированный метод обработки кристаллов при их пластическом деформировании, заключающийся в прохождении постоянного электрического тока высокой плотности по деформируемому образцу. Структура кристалла лучше модифицируется при наличии дополнительных параметров порядка.

New electrostimulating method of treatment of crystals with their plastic deformation, which consists in passing a constant electric current of high density on the deformed specimen, was used. Crystal structure is better modified with additional order parameters.
