Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы современного образования в целом и дополнительного в частности, предлагаются возможные пути выхода из кризисной ситуации. Автор отмечает целесообразность использования ресурса непрерывного образования в качестве средства позитивного изменения образовательной практики профессиональной деятельности педагогов, приводит многоаспектную трактовку данного понятия; делает вывод о том, что всеми возможностями организации и обеспечения эффективного научно-практического сопровождения процесса повышения квалификации педагогов дополнительного образования детей на рабочем месте обладает методическая служба самого учреждения.

Actual problems of modern education in general and supplementary education in particular are considered in the article; possible ways out of crisis are suggested. The author notes the usefulness of application continuous education resource as a means for positive change in educational policy of educators’ professional practice, gives a multi-faceted interpretation of this concept, concludes that a methodical service of the institution has all the possibilities for the organization and provision of effective scientific and practical support of supplementary children education teachers’ advanced training in the workplace.
