Личностные конструкты как фактор подготовки менеджеров к социально-педагогической деятельности

Abstract

To make informal education more active in an organization is one of manager's functions, but a latent function, which is not always realized in domestic practice of management. The article focuses on a question, how to promote an idea of development of the person on a workplace in the practice of management. The author proposes to use the future managers' individual perception of realities as the basis of their professional progress. Personal recognition of the students should be taken into account by the teacher and then become the locomotive to form social pedagogical visions of the managers

Активизация информального образования в организации одна из управленческих латентных функций, которая не всегда реализуемая в отечественной практике менеджмента. Отвечая на вопрос: как содействовать продвижению в управление идеи развития личности на рабочем месте, статья предлагает в подготовке будущих менеджеров опираться на их индивидуальное субъективное восприятие реалий и возможностей профессиональной деятельности. Личностные конструкты обучающихся, принятые во внимание преподавателем, становятся локомотивом формирования социально-педагогической деятельности менеджеров.
