Abstract

Проведено исследование динамики скоростно-силовых и скоростных способностей у футболистов и школьников 7-9 лет. Установлено, что спортсмены имели лучшие результаты по предлагаемым тестовым заданиям, хотя, статистически достоверные различия выявлены только к 9 годам.

The research of dynamics of speed-strength and speed abilities of football players and pupils of 7 9 age was done. It was found out that athletes had better results in offered tests, though statistically reliable differences were found only at the age of nine.
