Abstract

В 2013 г. Центром экономики непрерывного образования Российской академии народного хозяйства и государственной службы была разработана концепция проведения мониторинга, отслеживающего связь роста эффективности деятельности школ в зависимости от повышения средней заработной платы учителей, и проведена первая волна мониторинга в трёх регионах, репрезентирующих Российскую Федерацию: Свердловской области - регионе- доноре, Воронежской области - регионе, среднем по уровню социально-экономического развития, и в Ивановской области - дотационном регионе. Всего в трёх регионах было опрошено 3200 учителей. Авторы знакомят с основными результатами мониторинга, которые касаются реакции учительского сообщества на происходящие процессы.

In 2013, the Center for lifelong learning Economics, Russian presidential Academy of national economy and public administration developed the concept of monitoring, tracking a connection with the growth of the efficiency of schools depending on the increase in average wages of teachers, and conducted the first wave of monitoring in three regions representing the Russian Federation: Sverdlovsk region the region-the donor, the Voronezh region the region, the average on the level of socio-economic development, and in the Ivanovo region subsidised region.
