Профессиональное самоопределение как педагогическая категория

Abstract

Профессиональное самоопределение рассматривается как педагогическая категория, которая характеризует взаимосвязи и взаимозависимости между содержанием педагогического профессионального знания (от определения объекта до выделения педагогических технологий) и характеристиками личности, развитие и проявление которых человеком основываются на информационно-насыщенном педагогическом сопровождении. Рассматривается структура профессионального самоопределения личности.

Professional self-determination regarded as a pedagogical category, which characterizes the relationship and interdependence between the content of teacher professional knowledge (the definition of the object to the allocation of educational technology) and characteristics of personality development and manifestation of that person based on the information rich pedagogical support. The structure of a professional self-determination is discussed.
