Abstract

The importance of studying the phenomenon of cadets and students’ readiness for group interaction is under discussion here. The author suggests a brief definition of this phenomenon from the point of view of pedagogy and pedagogical psychology. Such characteristics of the readiness as personalized meaning of group interaction, understanding the goal set of group work and the knowledge of how to learn cooperatively can help cadets and students achieve their learning goals.
