Abstract

Рассматриваются организационно-педагогические, экономико-правовые и теоретические аспекты внутрифирменного профессионального обучения работников. Раскрыты особенности данной формы организации обучения, являющейся неотъемлемым звеном в системе непрерывного профессионального образования. Показаны правовые положения, определяющие статус внутрифирменного обучения. Выявлены параметры отнесения обучения работников к внутрифирменному обучению. Показана роль этого обучения как возможного средства предупреждения различных видов безработицы.

Organizational-pedagogical, economic-legal and theoretical aspects of intrafirm vocational training of workers are considered. Are opened the feature of the given form of the organisation of training which are the integral link in system of continuous vocational training. The legal statuses defining the status of intrafirm training are shown. Parametres of reference of training of workers to intrafirm training are revealed. The role of this training as possible warning facility of various kinds of unemployment is shown
