Abstract

Priority directions of the state policy in the field of physical education of students define new requirements for creative training of future specialists, their readiness for high performance. Unfavorable factors affecting the young organism, contribute to the development of diseases, such as mental decline, violation of the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, etc. Prevention of these diseases through physical exercises has become an important issue in the new millennium. Its implementation is related to the disclosure of mental and physical capabilities of students, the harmonious development of their physical, intellectual and spiritual strength by using active agents and methods of physical training.
