
The article deals with the question of professional activities of academicians in the higher school. It defines the subjectmatter, structure of psychological and pedagogical competence of academicians in the higher technical educational institution. This article determines the criteria and levels of psychological and pedagogical competence, describes the developed engineering model of its formation in the system of professional retraining for academicians in higher technical schools.
В статье с позиций компетентностного подхода рассмотрена проблема профессиональной деятельности преподавателя высшей школы. Определена сущность, структура психолого-педагогической компетенции преподавателя технического вуза. Выявлены критерии и уровни психолого-педагогической компетенции, разработана технологическая модель ее формирования в системе повышения квалификации преподавателей высшей технической школы.
