Модель формирования учебно-профессиональной самостоятельности студентов, будущих специалистов-бухгалтеров

Abstract

The article describes the model of formation of educational and professional independence of the students. The model is developed within the framework of the system and active approach and the personal focused one. This is a structural and functional model and it is characterized by purposefulness, integrity, openness, predictability.The basis of construction of model is based on such principles as motivation, autonomy, subjectivity, effectiveness, professional orientation, reflection of activity. Following components of model are considered: the valuable motivational component promotes formation of professional requirements; substantial technological component is the basis for the formation of students’ abilities to self-employed activity; the productive estimated component provides timely reception of the information on efficiency of process of formation of professional independence. The article contains results of experiment on introduction of model of formation of educational and professional independence, which confirm the effectiveness of this model.

Описана модель формирования учебно-профессиональной самостоятельности студентов, разработанная в рамках системно-деятельностного и личностно-ориентированного подхода. Представленная модель является структурно-функциональной и характеризуется целенаправленностью, интегративностью, открытостью и прогностичностью. В основу построения модели положены принципы мотивированности, самостоятельности, субъектности, действенности, профессиональной направленности и рефлексии деятельности. Рассмотрены компоненты модели: ценностно-мотивационный, способствующий формированию профессиональных потребностей; содержательно-технологический, являющийся основой для формирования способностей студентов к самостоятельной профессиональной деятельности; результативно-оценочный, обеспечивающий своевременное получение информации об эффективности процесса формирования профессиональной самостоятельности. Приведены результаты эксперимента по внедрению модели формирования учебно-профессиональной самостоятельности.
