Abstract

It was revealed some methods to modify the charge properties of substrate and to prepare micron and submicron electric non-homogeneities on the surface. First method is utilization of heterogeneous photosensitive material CdS-PbS as substrate. It allows to enhance electric field densities, which are localized in the narrow-gap inclusions, by additional directed irradiation. Second one is utilization of organic monolayer coatings structured by metal.
