
Статья посвящена проблемам развития новых подходов к вопросам самосовершенствования и самообразования педагогов в условиях крупномасштабной модернизации системы образования. Предлагается система инновационно-непрерывного самосовершенствования (самообразования) педагогических кадров на основе реализации компетентностного подхода и применения электронной образовательной среды и информационно-коммуникационных технологий обучения.
The article is devoted to the problems of self-development and self-cultivation of teaching staff in different educational establishments. A new system of innovative lifelong professional self-development of pedagogical staff is created and suggested in this study. Our system is based on the realization of competence approach, on using electronic educational environment and information-communication technologies.
