История развития непрерывного профессионального образования во Франции

Abstract

Статья посвящена успешному опыту Франции в области профессионального образования. Во Франции право граждан на получение непрерывного образования и обучения гарантируется Законом о профессиональном образовании, который был принят в 1971 г., а благодаря социальному партнерству между работодателями и профсоюзами Франция стала одной из немногих стран, где право на дальнейшее обучение граждан гарантируется законом. В контексте изучения лучших практик по управлению системой профессионального уровня опыт децентрализации управления системой начального и среднего профессионального образования на региональном и местном уровне во Франции заслуживает особого внимания.

The article is devoted to the successful experience of France in the field of vocational education. French citizens have rights to continue their professional education and training by the Law on Vocational Education 1971. In the context of the study of best practices in the management system of professional level experience of decentralization of management in primary and secondary education at the regional and local level in France deserves special attention
