Методический подход к определению «Эталонного» типа корпоративной культуры современной инновационно-образовательной корпорации

Abstract

На основе требований к развитию современной российской системы высшего профессионального образования предлагается одно из направлений ее совершенствования в виде интеграции образования, науки и производства путем создания на базе университетов инновационно-образовательных корпораций (ИОК), определены их особенности, которые требуют особой корпоративной культуры. Приведены основные и дополнительные факторы формирования корпоративной культуры ИОК и предложен методический прием к определению «эталонной» корпоративной культуры ИОК.

On the base of requirements to development of modern Russian system of high professional education the perfection of its directions as integration of education, science and production by means of creation of innovation-educational corporations (IEC) is offered. The main and additional formation factors of corporate culture (IEC) and methodological approach to determination of “etalon” corporate culture IEC are given.
