Политическая культура как имманентный механизм институционализации социальной ответственности бизнес-сообщества

Abstract

В статье авторы рассматривают политическую культуру как имманентный механизм институционализации социальной ответственности бизнес-сообщества. Роль политической культуры также состоит в снижении стохастичности (случайности, непредсказуемости) политических процессов и рисков. Особенности политической культуры формируют специфическую модель социальной ответственности бизнеса. Основополагающими чертами современной российской политической культуры являются партикуляризм и аскриптивность. Поэтому российская деловая культура является отношенческой, т. е. характеризуется высокой ролью личного фактора, порой даже преобладанием «личного над профессиональным», значительностью «связей и знакомств». Как результат, значительный диапазон накопившихся социокультурных изменений, которые не соответствуют уровню институционального развития. Более того, транзитарный тип политической культуры обусловливает устойчиво-незавершенный характер институционализации социальной ответственности бизнеса.

In article the author examines the political culture as an inherent mechanism forinstitutionalizing social responsibility the business community. The role of politicalculture is also to reduce the stochasticity (randomness, unpredictability) of politicalprocesses and risks. Features of the political culture of form-specific model ofcorporate social responsibility. Fundamental characteristics of contemporary Russian political culture is particularism and ascription. Therefore, the Russian business culture is relational, ie, characterized by high role of personal factors, and sometimes even dominated by «the personal over the professional» considerably «relationships and dating». As a result, a significant range of accumulated social and cultural changes that do not correspond to the level of institutional development. Moreover, transitory type of political culture determines the steady-incompletenature of the institutionalization of social responsibility.
