Профессиональное развитие педагогического коллектива как субъекта реализации компетентностной модели образования

Abstract

Освещаются вопросы профессионального развития педагогического коллектива, выступающего субъектом реализации компетентностной модели образования. Показывается специфика коллективной педагогической деятельности, проявляющаяся в появлении нетрадиционных функций педагогов, выделяются группы умений педагогов, которые необходимо развивать в процессе методической работы для реализации компетентностной модели образования.

The article discusses the problem of professional development of a team of pedagogues, which is the subject of realization of competence model of eduction. The specifics of team activity of teachers, which reveal themselves in the appearance of non-traditional functions of a teacher, that should be developed in the process of methodic work for realization of competence model of education.
