Abstract

В статье на основе анализа материалов двух правительственных экспедиций 1890-х гг. по изучению лесного и водного хозяйств страны рассматриваются демографические и экологические аспекты развития государства и общества в пореформенный период. Делается вывод о взаимовлиянии хозяйственной деятельности аграрного общества и состояния природной среды. В работе подчеркивается высокая степень эффективности и результативности деятельности экспедиций в государственно-правовой и научно-практической сферах.

In the article based on analysis of the data of two government expeditions in 1890s on study of forestry and water economy of the country the demographic and environmental aspects of the state and society in post-reform period are considered. It is concluded that the mutual influence of economic activity agrarian society and the natural environment. The paper stresses the high degree of efficiency and effectiveness of expeditions in the state legal, scientific and practical fields.
