Профессиональные стандарты в системе среднего профессионального образования

Abstract

In the article the current state of professional knowledge, the abilities and skills of the worker from the position of NIYaU MEPhI and Rosatom State Corporation as the main employer is analyzed. The results of development of four professional standards are presented. The main basic principles of an effective system of secondary professional education are considered.

В статье проанализировано современное состояние профессиональных знаний, умений и навыков работника с позиции НИЯУ МИФИ и ГК Росатом как основного работодателя. Представлены результаты разработки четырех профессиональных стандартов. Рассмотрены основные базовые принципы эффективной системы среднего профессионального образования.
