ФИНАНСОВЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ИННОВАЦИОННОГО РАЗВИТИЯ ЭКОНОМИКИ РЕГИОНОВ РОССИИ

Abstract

The article discusses the challenges and prospects of the innovative economic development of Russian regions in the context of their competitive growth. The financial aspects of the transition of the Russian economy to the innovative development are considered. The role of the Russian Federation Innovative Development Strategy for the period until 2020 is assessed. The authors analyse the structure of innovation funding sources in the industrial production of the Russian Federation.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы и перспективы инновационного развития экономики регионов России в рамках повышения их конкурентоспособности. Раскрываются финансовые аспекты перехода экономики России на инновационный путь развития. Определяется роль Стратегии инновационного развития Российской Федерации на период до 2020 г. Анализируется структура источников финансирования инноваций в промышленном производстве РФ.
