Abstract

В современных условиях рыночной экономики в России целесообразность исследования проблемы экономического стимулирования обусловлена важным значением экономических стимулов в решении проблем повышения эффективности производства. В связи с тем, что сфера образования, в том числе и высшего, согласно ст.1 п. 1 Закона РФ «Об образовании» является одной из важнейших «приоритетных» отраслей народного хозяйства, значимым является изучение экономических стимулов в исследовании проблемы повышения эффективности использования научно-педагогического потенциала высшей школы
