Abstract

The article considers the main aspects of the information educational environment of a higher educational institution, along with the means employed to form and estimate the information and communication competence of students and teachers.

В статье рассматриваются ключевые аспекты организации информационной образовательной среды высшего учебного заведения, средства формирования и оценивания информационно-коммуникационной компетентности студента и преподавателя.
