Формирование лидерских качеств у курсантов в процессе изучения иностранного языка

Abstract

The article deals with formation of cadets and students leadership in the course of foreign language studies. Similarity of the process of development of leadership skills and learning a second language is analyzed. Possibilities of training and methodological support of the discipline to achieve the objectives of formation of leadership are determined.

В статье рассматривается формирование способности к лидерству у курсантов и слушателей в курсе изучения иностранного языка. Анализируется сходство процесса развития лидерских качеств и изучения второго языка. Определяются возможности учебно-методического сопровождения дисциплины для достижения целей формирования лидерства.
