Abstract

The article proves the value of improvement of transport service quality in the conditions of development of the competitive market of freight rail transportation. The article formulates conceptual issues of the economic theory of transport service quality. The estimation technique of transport service quality, which based on questionnaires of cargo owners, is offered, calculations for this technique are executed. Areas of application of a technique in work practice of transport companies are defined.

Обосновано значение повышения качества транспортного обслуживания в условиях развития конкурентного рынка грузовых железнодорожных перевозок. Сформулированы основные положения экономической теории качества транспортного обслуживания. Предложена методика оценки качества транспортного обслуживания, основанная на анкетировании грузовладельцев, выполнены расчеты по данной методике. Определены сферы применения методики в практике работы транспортных компаний.
