Основы профессионального самоопределения студентов будущих педагогов

Abstract

The article deals with characteristics of professional self-determination of personality in youth. The problem of choice, its correctness, importance and comprehension is justified in regard of the profession of a teacher. It is displayed, that the professional self-determination is integrally connected with the personal determination and presents a part of the latter. A unity of structural elements is and their development level is emphasized. Criteria, main components and levels of self-determination of students future teachers are described.

В статье рассмотрены характеристики профессионального самоопределения личности в юношеском возрасте. Обоснована проблема выбора, его правильность, осознанность и значимость для профессии педагога. Показано, что профессиональное самоопределение неразрывно связано с личностным и является его частью. Выделена совокупность структурных элементов и степень их развития, описаны критерии, основные компоненты и уровни самоопределения студентов будущих педагогов.
