Влияние институциональных факторов на инновационную составляющую экономики

Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию становления и развития инновационной экономики, которая предполагает очень глубокие и масштабные трансформации. Цель статьи выявить основные тенденции, направления и механизмы инновационной деятельности на различных уровнях экономики. Определены основные институциональные факторы, влияющие на становление и эффективное развитие инновационной составляющей экономики. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в образовательном процессе и как теоретическая основа для разработки практических мер по активизации инновационной деятельности субъектов.

The paper studies emergence and evolution of an innovative economy that involves a very deep and large-scale transformation. The author aims to identify major trends, directions and mechanisms of innovative activity at various levels of the economy. Main institutional factors that affect the emergence and efficient development of innovative component of the economy are revealed. The results of the research can be used for educational purposes as well as a theoretical basis for developing practical measures to encourage innovative activity.
