Профессиональная ориентация старшеклассников сельских малокомплектных школ на деятельность агропромышленного комплекса

Abstract

The article describes some ways to overcome the crisis in the rural area by improving the pre-professional training of senior secondary school pupils. The initial step in carrying out this type of work implies giving pupils the assistance in choosing their future profession, i.e. their vocational guidance. The article deals with the content of the term "vocational guidance", revealing the aims, motivation, tasks, means and ways of controlling the activity, which also include self-control. The main results of the activity are provided.

В статье рассматриваются пути преодоления кризисной ситуации на селе с помощью совершенствования допрофессиональной подготовки старшеклассников сельских малокомплектных школ. Эту работу необходимо начинать с оказания помощи в выборе профессии, то есть с профессиональной ориентации. В статье дается содержание понятия профорентации, её цели, мотивы, задачи, содержание, средства, контроль и самоконтроль осуществления, основные результаты деятельности.
