Роль информационного обеспечения в управлении региональной инновационной системой

Abstract

В статье рассматривается роль и значение информационной системы в управлении открытыми сложными социально-экономическими системами: региональной инновационной системой. Теоретико-методологические аспекты формирования и развития социально-эко-номических систем подтверждают важную роль информационного обеспечения в эффективном управлении ими. Особое значение приобретают информационные системы в управлении инновационными системами, прежде всего, региональными.

In article the role and value of information system in management of open difficult social and economic systems: regional innovative system is considered. Theoretic-methodological aspects of formation and development of social and economic systems confirm an important role of information support in effective management of them. Special value is gained by information systems in management of innovative systems, and first of all, regional.
