Формирование профессионально важных способностей студентов-менеджеров в современном вузе

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы реализации гуманистического и компетентностного подходов в образовании в условиях современного вуза (на примере Бурятского государственного университета). Представлены и проанализированы данные исследования уровня развития профессионально важных компетенций студентов-менеджеров факультета экономики и управления БГУ. Описаны современные образовательные технологии, способствующие формированию и развитию профессиональных способностей студентов-менеджеров.

The article deals with the problems of humanistic and competence approaches realization in education in conditions of modern high school (on the example of Buryat State University). The data of the research, studying professionally important competences of students-managers of faculty of economy and management of BSU, are presented and analyzed. Modern educational technologies, encouraging formation and development of students-managers’professional abilities, were described.
