Стратегический подход к развитию предприятий перерабатывающей сферы региона

Abstract

In today’s rapidly changing market conditions, the development of processing of agricultural enterprises in the region is largely due to the competition factor and the high uncertainty of the external environment-sti. This, in turn, requires improving methods of selforganizing and management of the enterprise in order to improve the efficiency of production and economic activity and to ensure the necessary volumes of profits. The article describes the main provisions of a strategic approach to the development of the processing scope of the region. A scheme of strategic planning for the competitiveness of the processing enterprises in the region. The features of the establishment and functioning of the department of strategic enterprises. The modernization of medium and large enterprises implies a radical change in its business strategy and structure through the creation of semi-autonomous groups, divisions and departments in the form of branches, plan their activities and fully responsible for profits and losses.

В современных динамично меняющихся рыночных условиях развитие перерабатывающих предприятий АПК региона во многом обусловлено фактором конкуренции и высокой неопределенности внешней среды. Это обстоятельство, в свою очередь, требует совершенствования методов самоорганизации и управления на предприятии с целью повышения эффективности производственно-хозяйственной деятельности и обеспечения необходимых объемов прибыли. В статье рассмотрены основные положения стратегического подхода к развитию предприятий перерабатывающей сферы региона. Определены схемы стратегического планирования конкурентоспособности на перерабатывающих предприятиях региона. Рассмотрены особенности создания и функционирования стратегического отделения предприятия. Модернизация среднего и крупного предприятия предполагает радикальное изменение его бизнес-стратегии и структуры на основе создания полуавтономных групп подразделений и отделов в виде отделений, планирующих свою деятельность и полностью отвечающих за прибыли и убытки.
