Многомасштабная локализация деформации в монокристаллах с ГЦК решеткой при сжатии

Abstract

The results of the quantitative study of strain relief aluminum single crystals with different orientations of the compression axis, and the lateral faces are presented. The strain relief [110]-single crystal with the lateral faces 1 10 and (001), [1 1 1 ]-single crystal with side faces 1 1 2 and (110), [001] with the side-single crystal faces {001} and [001] with the side-single crystal faces {110}; [001] Ni3Fe-single crystal alloy with side faces {001} has been investigated. Сomplex quantitative parameters characterizing the shear deformation are measured. Statistical analysis of results was carried out, and the obtained values of shear strain localization characteristics on the selected scale-structural levels.

Представлены результаты количественного исследования деформационного рельефа монокристаллов алюминия с различной ориентацией оси сжатия и боковых граней: [110]-монокристаллы с боковыми гранями 1 10 и (001), [1 1 1 ]-монокристаллы с боковыми гранями 1 1 2 и (110), [001]-монокристаллы с боковыми гранями {001} и [001]-монокристаллы с боковыми гранями {110}; [001]-монокристаллы сплава Ni3Fe с боковыми гранями {001}. Измерен комплекс количественных параметров, характеризующих сдвиговую деформацию. Проведена статистическая обработка результатов исследования и получены значения характеристик локализации сдвиговой деформации на выделенных масштабно-структурных уровнях.
