ОСНОВНЫЕ ПОЛОЖЕНИЯ И РАЗЛИЧИЯ ДИСТАНЦИОННОГО И ОТКРЫТОГО ОБУЧЕНИЯ

Abstract

Different approaches to the determination of the terms “distance learning” and “open learning” are dis-cussed in the article. A particular attention is given to the description of open education criteria considering different points of view on this form of organisation of education. The realisation of given criteria is considered using Russian and foreign training courses.

В статье рассмотрены различные подходы к толкованию терминов «дистанционное обучение» и «открытое обучение». Особое внимание уделено определению критериев открытого обучения с учётом различных точек зрения на данную форму организации обучения. Рассмотрена реализация критериев открытого обучения на примерах учебных курсов российских и зарубежных вузов.
