Исследование профессионально важных качеств специалистов-стоматологов

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты исследования профессионально важных качеств специалистов стоматологического профиля. Авторы делают акцент на взаимосвязи между психологической компетентностью стоматологов и качеством оказываемой ими медицинской помощи. В процессе исследования был сформирован и применен комплекс психодиагностических методик, выявлен уровень развития профессионально важных качеств у студентов, обучающихся по специальностям стоматологического профиля, работающих врачей стоматологов и проведен их сравнительный анализ. Исследование подтвердило целесообразность реализации системного подхода к формированию профессионально важных качеств будущих специалистов стоматологического профиля.

The article presents the results of studying dental specialists’ professionally important qualities. The authors focus on the interrelation between dentists’ psychological competence and the quality of their medical care. In the process of the research a set of psychodiagnostic methods was formed and applied, the level of the professionally important qualities development of students studying in the field of dental specialty and of practicing dentists was revealed and their comparative analysis was conducted. The study confirmed the practicability of implementing the systematic approach to future dental specialists’ professionally important qualities formation.
