ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОЕ ПРОЕКТИРОВАНИЕ ВНЕДРЕНИЯ СИНЕРГЕТИЧЕСКОГО ПОДХОДА В ОБУЧЕНИЕ СЛУШАТЕЛЕЙ КУРСОВ ПОВЫШЕНИЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИИ

Abstract

The article presents the actuality of the pedagogical designing the implementation of synergistic approach in training of listeners. The article presents the analysis of the psychological-pedagogical sources on the issue of formation of the professional competencies of the specialists with higher education. The possibility of using the main authors’ principles with a view to grow effectiveness of training of listeners on qualifications raising courses in the conditions of realization of the synergistic approach. This paper demonstrates some components, criteria and diagnostic instruments to modeling professional competence of listeners on qualifications raising courses. The article presents the model of learning technical disciplines for the listeners of qualifications raising courses. The model based on a synergistic approach. It reflected pedagogical principles of training listeners of qualifications raising courses in technical subjects, pedagogical conditions of development of their professional competencies (incentive motivation to the cognitive activity of listeners, self-analysis, interactive subject-subject communication and so on.). The one of the important aspect of the experimental work is the analyze of usage by parties of the educational process of the electronic portal, which allows listeners of qualifications raising courses to get acquainted with the general information about the courses, with the recommended literature for the study of technical disciplines, answering questions of tests and questionnaires, study materials and guidance on study subjects and glossary. The conclusion was that the introduction of a synergistic approach to the qualifications raising courses of listeners ensures the development of professional competencies of technical specialists.

В статье отражена актуальность педагогического проектирования внедрения синергетического подхода в обучение слушателей курсов повышения квалификации. Содержится анализ психолого-педагогических источников по проблеме сформированности профессиональных компетенций у специалистов, получивших высшее образование. Рассматриваются принципы, которые авторами статьи определены как ведущие в целях эффективности обучения слушателей на курсах повышения квалификации в условиях реализации синергетического подхода. Приводятся компоненты, критерии и диагностические средства сформированности профессиональных компетенций у слушателей курсов повышения квалификации. Представлена модель обучения слушателей курсов повышения квалификации техническим дисциплинам на основе синергетического подхода. В ней отражены педагогические принципы обучения слушателей курсов повышения квалификации техническим дисциплинам, педагогические условия развития у них профессиональных компетенций (побудительная мотивация к познавательной деятельности слушателей, самоанализ, интерактивное субъект-субъектное общение и др.). Одним из важных аспектов экспериментальной работы является анализ использования субъектами образовательного процесса электронного портала, позволяющего слушателям курсов повышения квалификации: знакомиться с общей информацией о курсах, с рекомендуемой литературой для изучения технических дисциплин; отвечать на вопросы тестов и анкет; изучать материалы и рекомендации по усвоению дисциплин, глоссарий. Сделан вывод о том, что внедрение синергетического подхода в обучение слушателей курсов повышения квалификации обеспечивает развитие профессиональных компетенций специалистов технического профиля.
