Физическая подготовка юношей к военной службе в армии на основе применения психомоторных упражнений

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of increase psychophysical conditions of youth at pre-conscription military ages for preparation service in army by means of application psychomotor exercises at lessons of physical training for young men of the senior classes at school. The results of study of physical condition and psychomotor properties of young men of a graduation class are resulted. We had been developed a technique of physical preparation of young men of the senior classes to service in Armed forces of Russia based on use of psychomotor situational exercises (tasks) with elements of sports and single combats on employment on physical training in variation program parts on physical training. Psychomotor exercises have been directed on speed of perception and impellent reaction of a changing game situation, an estimation of its character, efficiency and independence in the decision-making, directed on performance of the task in the conditions of deficiency of time, and for development of coordination and speed-power abilities of young men.

Статья посвящена проблеме повышения уровня психофизического состояния юношей допризывного возраста для подготовки к службе в армии с помощью применения психомоторных упражнений на уроках по физической культуре для юношей старших классов в школе. Приводятся результаты исследования физической подготовленности и психомоторики юношей выпускного класса. Нами была разработана методика физической подготовки юношей старших классов к службе в Вооруженных силах России на основе использования психомоторных ситуационных упражнений (заданий) с элементами спортивных игр и единоборств на занятиях по физической культуре в вариативной части программы по физической культуре. Психомоторные упражнения были направлены на быстроту восприятия и двигательного реагирования изменяющейся игровой ситуации, оценке ее характера, оперативности и самостоятельности в принятии решений, направленных на выполнение задания в условиях дефицита времени, а также на развитие координационных и скоростно-силовых способностей юношей.
